Panchayat Degree College, Phiringia is situated in Phiringia Block i.e. 25 KMs away from Phulbani, the District Headquarter of Kandhamal District towards Balliguda. Located in a serene and foliage surrounding of natural landscape, the college is the gateway of higher education for the tribal rural mass. Conglomeration of the high mountains, the towering trees, the tranquil campus and above all holding with the natural beauty.
